Shipping Information:Most orders ship within 48 hours. If you have specific requirements, please let us know at the time the order is placed. Most credit card orders ship within 48 hours. For orders paid by check, your order will ship as soon as possible after your check clears. Shipping is calculated according to the total weight of the order, size of the package(s), and destination. You will be notified of these charges before your order ships with the option to cancel the order.

Return Information:You may return products to us for a refund of your purchase price with no restocking fee when you notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns beyond this 10-day period. Any merchandise that is defective or damaged upon arrival must be reported within 10 days of delivery for an exchange or refund to be processed. Customer must pay shipping back to designated location for returned items. Customer is also responsible for original shipping charge. Customer must e-mail first for a return authorization number. Items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers. Tablets and ointments non-returnable due to mandated health codes with exception if expiration date is less than one year from shipping date. If necessary, we will substitute an item of equal or greater value when that item is unavailable from our suppliers. All merchandise delivered, must be inspected by customer. If any box looks dented or damaged in any way, driver must make notation and should mark any damages. Boxes opened later and then notice damage without driver making notation, is considered concealed damage. We have 15 days to report concealed damage. Shipping companies do not always cover full refunds on concealed damage items. Once an order is returned, please allow 30 days for a refund to be issued. By submitting an order, you agree to pay for the items ordered. Once an order is cancelled, there will be approx. 30 day time period before a refund will be issued.

We cannot accept returns on products that are opened or used. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

All products are guaranteed not to expire one year from shipping date.
